Back sleeping may favour episodes of snoring and sinus, as well as back pain. This position requires a soft but firm support for three critic curves of the body.

Buckwheat refers to a variety of plants in the dicot family Polygonaceae, the Eurasian genus Fagopyrum, the North American genus Eriogonum, and the Northern Hemisphere genus Fallopia. Either of the latter two may be referred to as wild buckwheat.

Recliner is an armchair that reclines when the occupant lowers the chair’s back and raises its front. It has a backrest that can be tilted back, and a footrest that may be extended by means of a lever on the side of the chair, or may extend automatically when the back is reclined.

Side sleeping considered the most suitable because it reduces the incidences of snoring, sleep apnea and obstructive sleep apnea, it helps release breathing airways and it is the most helpful position for pregnant women to reduce the pressure of their wombs. It is twice more common in women than in men.

Stiff Neck refers to an instance when one experiences discomfort or pain when trying to turn or move the neck. The muscle that is most commonly involved in cases of stiff neck is the levator scapulae.

Stomach sleeping more common in babies and small children than in grown-ups, this sleep position is considered harmful for the neck (neck strain, neck pain and stiffness) and responsible of the incidence of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) in babies as small children, according to a study.
